Austin Dragovich, BS

As a professional deeply committed to helping others, I believe in meeting young people where they are and walking with them as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own paths forward. I’m passionate about fostering spaces where youth feel safe to be curious, vulnerable, and fully themselves—spaces rooted in respect, connection, and genuine care. I draw on principles of trauma-informed care, solution-focused thinking, and honest self-examination to support emotional regulation, build trust, and encourage meaningful growth.

My approach is deeply informed by a wide range of disciplines—psychology, sociology, religion, mythology, history, and current culture—all of which help me better understand the forces that shape our lives and identities. At the heart of my work is a commitment to truth: helping others explore, name, and live into their own truths so they can lead lives that feel meaningful, empowered, and free.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and filmmaking—with a little Dungeons & Dragons and professional wrestling thrown in for good measure.
