Ashley Locke, BS
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Irvine. She has experience working with youth and young adults in community mental health, university counseling, and behavioral health settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
As a Youth Support Specialist with Inner Journey Consulting, Ashley is passionate about helping youth build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy coping skills. She values building genuine relationships and creating an environment where young people feel heard, supported, and encouraged as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward their goals.
Ashley approaches her work with empathy and a strengths-based perspective. She comes from a Christian background and is open to incorporating faith-based perspectives into support work when requested by clients and families.
Outside of her professional and academic work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, reading, and spending time outdoors whenever she can.
