Bethany Post is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families in an inpatient and intensive outpatient setting for 3 years. Bethany graduated from Capella University with her master’s in Clinical Mental Health counseling and a Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay with a BS in Psychology and Human Development. Bethany has worked in a high acute setting developing relationships with patients and their families and finding what works best for them. She works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality disorders and other mental health needs.

Her approach blends evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy, helping the patient uncover their strengths and create meaningful change.

In her free time Bethany enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and son and finding any opportunity to learn new, exciting things. Bethany embraces challenges and looks forward to the next adventure that awaits both personally and professionally.
