Brittiny Qualls, MSW, APSW

Hi, my name is Brittiny Qualls. I am a mother, educator and skilled social worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. In 2020, I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University. Shortly after, while supporting parents and youth in their homes and advocating for children in the foster care system, I obtained my APSW and continued to strengthen my skills as a helping professional.

I bring over 20 years of experience, working with parents, families, children and adults. My training includes crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy and strength-based approaches. Whether in the social work field or in the classroom, I strive to help individuals enhance their communication, emotional regulation and problem-solving skills.

My compassion and dedication have guided me in walking alongside those impacted by discrimination, trauma, foster care involvement, poverty, homelessness, unmet basic needs, mental health challenges, substance use, domestic violence and issues related to gender identity. From my teenage years volunteering with youth-serving organizations and the American Red Cross to my ongoing community involvement, I remain deeply connected to the needs and strengths of our local communities.

Being a proud Milwaukee native, I enjoy the beauty of all four Midwest seasons—especially summer. In my spare time, I love traveling, spending time with family, enjoying music and staying active. As a mother of teenagers, I hold a special place in my heart for youth and believe that every person holds a unique power within. My mission is to help individuals discover that power and support them in achieving their personal goals—so they can become the best versions of themselves.
