Grant Clark, LPT-IT
Hi, I’m Grant Clark, a psychotherapist with a background working with teens, adults, and elderly clients, with an emphasis on men and adolescents, primarily navigating identity-related concerns, depression, ADHD, and anxiety.
I take a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-focused approach working with my clients, primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Existential Therapy. In sessions, this means helping clients develop more flexible ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and life challenges by identifying personal values and meaning so that they can take steps to live a more fulfilling life. I also incorporate other modalities like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and somatic-based approaches to provide skills when appropriate.
Outside of the office, I spend most of my time doing various arts and crafts, playing games, working out, or being out in nature.
