Tim Nett, MS
Tim Nett earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Norbert College and a Master of Science in Family Relations & Child Development, Marriage & Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University. In addition to his clinical training, Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, giving him a deep understanding of how individuals, families, workplaces, and systems shape our lives and relationships.
As the youngest of ten children and a father himself, Tim understands the complexity of family dynamics, relationships, resilience, and personal growth. Raised in a family business focused on residential construction, he developed a lifelong appreciation for creating, building, and problem-solving—whether through remodeling, landscaping, or helping people rebuild and strengthen their lives.
In 2018, Tim was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a journey that has deepened his empathy, resilience, and perspective. While Parkinson’s is part of his story, it does not define it. Tim is an active advocate, volunteer, and ambassador, helping raise awareness, support, education, and research funding for individuals and families impacted by Parkinson’s disease.
Tim’s creativity extends into music, where he performs classic and popular songs as a vocalist, saxophonist, and harmonica player. His love for music reflects the same energy, authenticity, and human connection he values in his work with clients.
Known for his compassionate, grounded, and often playful approach, Tim believes meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. He works collaboratively with clients, drawing from their strengths, experiences, and goals to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
Tim believes that growth happens in relationships, healing begins with connection, and no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
